Reservations
Secure your stay by booking at least 30 days in advance. We recommend booking early to ensure availability during our peak seasonal months. Please contact us direct if your chosen dates are showing booked or unavailable as these can be on a temporary hold and may be released. You can also contact us direct if you are looking to book last minute as we may be able to accommodate this, but this can not be guaranteed.
Stay Requirements
Guests must be at least 18 years of age to book. All reservations require a 25% deposit to secure your dates and confirm your booking details.
Park PassesÂ
Your rental rate, includes full park passes for all guests, if this is not required please contact us, for a price adjustment prior to booking, as this can not be adjusted after.
Check-in Policy
Guests can check in from 16.00 and check out is before 10.00 on day of departure. Check in details will be provided prior to your stay.
Hot Tub
The use of the hot tub is included in your rental rate, if the hot tub is not required please contact us, for a price adjustment prior to booking, as this can not be adjusted after.Â
Before you book,
The lodge accommodates a maximum of 4 guests.
A 25% deposit is required to secure your dates.Â
The remaining balance is due 8 weeks before arrival. Bookings made within 8 weeks require full payment.Â
Security Deposit. A £300 hold will be placed on your credit card 1 day before your arrival and released 2 days after departure, provided there is no damage, loss or other reasonable chargeable issue.Â
Cancellation, Our cancellation terms vary dedpending on how far in advance you cancel. The full cancelation policy is included in our booking terms and conditions.Â
